With a natural gift of empathy balanced with a focus on actions and achieving measurable outcomes, Suzy has been supporting others to overcome barriers and build highways of professional success for decades.

Suzy is a life-long learner and is constantly resourcing tools and applying adult learning principles to contemporary contexts for her clients.

With 20+ years of lived experience as a manager and leader with some of the globe’s largest international organisations, Suzy applies her real-world, award-winning experience to support the learning journeys of others through coaching, instructional design, facilitation and digital learning technologies.

Suzy has been privileged to support of the development journeys of many different individuals including senior executives, frontline employees, individuals within trades and casual workers.

Her accomplishments in the areas of product development, team and project leadership, change management, distribution, marketing communications and organisational development capability strategy have provided her with a rich blend of insight on how to meet the unique development needs of each participant.
